About us

E-Mitra is an online portal developed by the Government of Rajasthan, India, to provide various e-governance services to citizens. It was launched in 2011 as a part of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) and is managed by the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DoIT&C). E-Mitra enables citizens to access a wide range of government services online, such as payment of utility bills, property tax, vehicle registration, and various other government fees. The portal also facilitates online application and payment of various government services, including passport services, birth and death certificates, and many more. E-Mitra is available across Rajasthan and has helped to improve the efficiency and transparency of government services, making them more accessible to citizens
